KMH represents clients in sophisticated business and commercial disputes in the courts, in arbitration and in alternate dispute resolution contexts, as well as providing counseling and strategic advice in difficult potential-litigation situations. We handle cases in all New York federal and state courts for both plaintiffs and defendants. We are particularly active in the Commercial Division of the State Supreme Court for New York County and in the federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. We handle cases through all phases of the litigation process. And while we always consider whether settlement is in our clients’ best interests, we are trial lawyers who, when necessary, take cases to trial.
