Kyle Burns Biography

Kyle Burns joined Kishner Miller Himes in August 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle was a law clerk to the Honorable Barbara Moses, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York. He began his career as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where he worked on a wide variety of cases, including complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, securities litigation, employment, insurance, and white collar criminal defense matters. Kyle has represented clients in all phases of state and federal litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. He also has experience working at the United States Environmental Protection Agency and Mobilization for Justice, Inc.
