Mr. Loloi joined Kishner Miller Himes as an associate in May 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Loloi worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office for four and a half years.
As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Loloi prosecuted hundreds of cases ranging from simple violations to violent felonies. Mr. Loloi also served among a select group of prosecutors responsible for investigating corporate criminality in the context of construction worker fatalities, handling DNA based prosecutions and prosecuting serious vehicular crimes. Mr. Loloi handled several jury trials for the District Attorney’s Office, including homicide and armed robbery cases.
Currently, Mr. Loloi concentrates on civil litigation, particularly for complex business and commercial disputes as well as real estate litigation. He also handles criminal defense matters. In the recent past, he has represented clients charged with vehicular crimes, and in each instance he achieved a favorable plea.
Mr. Loloi also handles residential and commercial real estate transactions, mainly major property sales, purchases, and leasing. He represents both landlords and tenants in landlord-tenant matters throughout New York City.
Mr. Loloi handles all facets of litigation, including motion practice, trials and appeals. He represents larger corporations, small businesses and individuals in a variety of business disputes, including complex commercial cases. His experience as both a trial lawyer and transactional lawyer gives Mr. Loloi a unique perspective that well serves his clients. In particular, Mr. Loloi applies his practical experiences from business and real estate transactions, together with his trial experience from government service, to develop effective litigation and trial strategies for the firm’s clients.
