Over the course of her career, Avery has litigated matters involving tortious conduct, real property disputes, first-party property damage, product contamination, product recalls, and cybersecurity breaches. In addition to litigation, Avery’s practice includes representing clients in real estate and business transactions. Clients value Avery’s thoughtful and creative arguments, as well as her keen attention to detail.

During law school, Avery was a legal intern at the Innocence Project, where she handled complex legal issues involving the wrongful incarceration of her clients. She also managed a variety of property and employment contractual claims, as well as intellectual property claims, while working as a legal intern for a presidential campaign.

Avery attended the University of San Diego and received her B.A. in Marine Science, with a minor in Chemistry.
